Essay & Poster Contest

Schools with winning students:              

• Contact families of the winners                                                                      • Arrange transportation for groups to the Field Museum

• For 1st & 2nd place winners, arrange bus transportation and release forms for entire class to attend award ceremony. 

• Assist us in inviting all winners to bring their families to the ceremony at the Field Museum

• Arrive on time ~ 9:30 AM
• Stay late to visit the special exhibits at the Field Museum

• All winners bring their families to the ceremony at the Field Museum
• 1st & 2nd place winners bring their entire class to the Field Museum for the ceremony

• Send in nominations for Volunteer & Principal of the Year

• Invite key staff and volunteers to Volunteer Recognition Luncheon

• Organize volunteers for Book Distribution
•  Plan activities for RIF Day

Luncheon Reservations deadline 5/1
